World Poker Tour Kickoff
The World Poker Tour Championship event kicked
off today at the Bellagio. With a $25,000 entry fee,
the prize pool was expected to be enormous.

Lindgren Leads at Bellagio
The 2006 Bellagio Five-Star World Poker Classic
continued Sunday with the final table for Event #4
($3,000 No-Limit Hold'em). On Saturday, 228
players entered the tournament, #1. Erick Lindgren

Victor Ramdin wins $10,000 Buy-in Main Event at the
Foxwoods Poker Classic
The final table of the Foxwoods Poker Classic was
setting up to be quite a battle. The six finalist had
fought through a field of 431 players.

Erick Lindgren wins $3,000 No-Limit Hold'em event at
Bellagio
The victory payed $261,555, a gold Bellagio bracelet,
and a $25,500 seat in the WPT World Championship on
April 18th. Lindgren adds this title to his third place
finish at the Borgata earlier this year.

Joe Bartholdi Captures the WPT Championship
The final six players at the World Poker Tour
Championship clashed today in an effort to win the first
prize of $3,760,165. The top three places all paid over
one million dollars, but nobody wanted anything but
first place.
